For professional accounts, the prices are usually shown pre-tax, and then VAT is added. Best to assume it's ex-tax first.

They say on their site everything is lab certified. I haven't personally dug into every COA, but they seem legit.

I've used both. Le Grossiste's HHC flowers are pretty decent, good quality for the price point. Green Brothers can be a bit hit or miss sometimes.
